Hello Everyone

Hi everyone, I figured that now that I am officially a married lady and all I should probably start sending out family updates and so forth. (This is a learned trait from my Aunt Arlene). Jeremy and I are continuing along with life right now. We are both working hard at our hospital, Jessica delivering babies and Jeremy setting up clinics. Jeremy has been in high demand lately at our hospital to get all of the computer layouts and needs set up at new clinics our hospital is acquiring throughout the valley. We both are so happy that he is working for Siemens, they truly are an amazing corporation that takes care of their employees and family; he also has room to grow which he didn't have before at such a small hospital. I delivered another baby by myself last night - he was 8lbs 9oz and all fat :) He was adorable. My favorite part of the job is when the doctor misses a delivery and I get to do the delivery, I'm pretty good at it too. The doctors really seem to trust me and patients usually have WONDERFUL outcomes. Its weird to think that sometimes your better off in the hands of a nurse than that of an MD.
Jeremy and I are both getting burnt out though with all of the work lately but it comes at a perfect time because we have a vacation to Oregon coming up June 10-12. Jeremy's family reunion is up in Coosebay (or however its spelled) Oregon and we are going to spend some time with friends in Portland on Friday. I am thrilled to get out of the valley! Its going to be a long drive, thankfully Garett (Jeremy's 8 year old son) is wonderful in the car. This will be the longest car ride we have ever taken him on though. Hopefully it wont be too exhausting and we will get some rest.

Garett is doing better in school and at the end of the year we will see what his plans are for next year. Second grade has been really difficult on him but he is such a trooper and he just keeps plugging along. My plans for him this summer include swim lessons and movies at the park.

Well I guess that is everything right now. This weekend after we drop off Garett to his mother's we are going BOWLING! So simple but I am so excited!!! Have a good weekend everyone.
